This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit agent66.app or join the Agent66 waitlist. Agent66 is an all-in-one platform for digital marketing agencies, including a CRM, that hasn't launched yet. Right now this site only collects the email address you give us when you join the waitlist.
Who we are
Agent66 ("we", "us") runs this website and the waitlist. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@agent66.app.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist. We ask for a work email, but you can use any address.
- Basic signup details recorded by our email provider, such as when you signed up and whether you open our emails or unsubscribe.
- Technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes automatically to deliver and secure the site.
We don't ask for payment details, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it
- To send you updates about Agent66 and invite you to early access.
- To give you your first month free when we launch.
- To occasionally ask for your feedback on what agencies need from Agent66. You never have to reply.
We use your email for these purposes because you asked to join the waitlist (your consent). You can withdraw that consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by emailing us.
We won't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and the waitlist. They process data on our behalf:
- Loops (loops.so) stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from abuse.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they offer under applicable data protection law.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop running the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent. To do any of these, email hello@agent66.app. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page as Agent66 grows, for example when the product launches. If we make significant changes, we'll let waitlist members know by email.
