Terms of use
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms cover your use of agent66.app and the Agent66 waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you have any questions, email hello@agent66.app.
About Agent66
Agent66 is an all-in-one platform for digital marketing agencies, including a CRM, that is still being built. The features described on this site are what we plan to offer. They may change before or after launch, and our target launch date (currently Q4 2026) may move.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create an Agent66 account or a contract to buy anything.
- Please sign up with an email address you're allowed to use.
- You can leave at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any of our emails or by emailing us.
One month free
Everyone who joins the waitlist gets their first month of Agent66 free when we launch. We'll confirm the full details, including which plans the offer applies to and how to claim it, by email before launch. If we ever need to change the offer, we'll tell waitlist members by email first.
Using this site
Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, submitting other people's email addresses without their permission, or signing up in bulk with automated tools. We may remove waitlist entries that look fraudulent or abusive.
Our content
The Agent66 name, logo and the content on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them or present them as your own.
No warranties
We provide this site "as is" and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on information about features that haven't launched yet. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email address and other information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when Agent66 launches and we introduce full product terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
